Beta Update 1.2.9

Hello everyone,

Beta fixes and features incoming:

• Fixes some weird weapon range strings
• COMP/CON now adds the Stabilizer SSC Monarch mod's range bonus to the weapon it's equipped to
• Cleans up a handful of small styling issues
• Add weapon mods to the Mech Sheet print export
• Fixes a bug where you could access an empty hangar page without a valid pilot
• Adds an Overcharge counter to active mechs
• Adds an active/inactive banner on the pilot and mech sheets (with an inactive/active toggle button)

This seems to be reasonably stable -- if that remains the case, the stable branch will be updated to 1.2.9 tomorrow morning, then both branches will be getting a 1.3.0 update (an expanded compendium)
