Windows executable updated to v2.1

Hello everyone,
The COMP/CON windows executable has been brought up to v2.1 -- we're still having issues with the OSX build, as well as some of the filesystem access functions in the windows executable. In the meantime, if at all possible, please consider using the webapp at https://compcon.app It can be used offline as well.
If you are using the windows exe, you can put your own art into the corresponding image folder in %APPDATA%/compcon/data/img

There's a "." at the end of the link up there, so it doesn't work. If you remove the ".", the webpage loads correctly.
