Data fixes and new Frame info card

Good evening everyone,

Some minor updates tonight, for both Stable and Beta

• Corrected the "Line" attack type tag (removed the part about it ignoring cover)
• Removed the"Drone" type from the Aceso Stabilizer
• Corrected the damage and loading values in the Engineer's talent text
• Removed the "Reliable" tag from the GMS Shotgun
• Updated the Frame info popup and table item (compendium, license item) to look nicer, be more readable, and include ART
