Icon playtest 1.45 released

Hi ya'll,

Quick update to the game to make some job tweaks so the game can be in a more stable place. Most jobs have received quality of life changes or tweaks to make them stronger at what they do or have a better internal game plan. Also added some additional art. I imagine after this update, other than some fixes to existing text, this game will be in a stable state for a while so we can get some playtesting data in.
