The unofficial Lancer system on Foundry is only available on version 11, so make sure you're on that version! On the Game Systems tab of the foundry landing page, click install system and just search for Lancer! You can install it from there :D
Does buying the physical book enable me to somehow get the npc data or character sheets or tokens, or lcps, or do I need to buy the pdf? I'm okay with buying it again, I just wanna know.
Edit: I am visually impaired, and the qr code was small and in the bottom right corner. The answer to my question was Yes.

QR code allowed me to download it, but it didn't let me add it to the "Things I own" collection, so I guess I can only re-download it via the QR code?
